“I called the clinic to make an appointment for refills. I told them I would be driving in from San antonio and would need to set appointment for a Friday or Monday. They set up my appointment for Friday the 12th 2:15pm. Thursday I got a text to confirm or cancel, I confirmed. I went to my appointment at 2pm only to see office closed due to no electricity. The only business closed was the clinic and pharmacy. All other businesses were open with power. I can understand if office is closed but can't understand why they didn't reach out to patients to inform them that all appointments canceled. Very unprofessional to run a clinic this way.”
